Will you migrate my existing WordPress site for me?
Yes — and at no charge. We’ll handle the entire move: files, database, email, DNS cutover, and a full QA pass. Most sites are live on Iridium within 24 hours of giving us access.
What makes Iridium different from larger managed WordPress hosts?
Two things. First, we only host WordPress, so the entire stack — LiteSpeed, PHP, MariaDB, Redis, image optimization — is tuned for it. Second, when you contact support you reach the engineer who maintains your server, not a script. That changes how problems get solved.
Do I get backups?
Encrypted off-site backups run nightly and are retained for 30 days. You can restore an entire site or a single file from your dashboard, and we keep additional snapshots before any update we run on your behalf.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month, with optional annual billing if you’d prefer to pay once. Cancel any time and we’ll provide a clean export of your site.
Can you help with site speed and Core Web Vitals?
Yes. Every plan includes server-level page caching, automatic image conversion to WebP/AVIF, HTTP/3, and our managed Perfmatters configuration. If your site still has a Core Web Vitals issue, we’ll diagnose it as part of support.
